AI Privacy Levels
The Local AI runs on-device by default, but you can opt into cloud models for more capability. Quira offers two AI privacy levels in the MVP, with the architecture supporting future expansion to four levels.

Per-site privacy settings
You can configure privacy levels on a per-site basis at quira://settings/ai. For example, you might use CLOUD mode for general research while keeping LOCAL mode for sensitive sites.
Data sovereignty guarantee
Even in CLOUD mode, your browsing history and Context Graph data never leave the device. Only the query text and relevant AI-generated summaries are sent to the cloud service. Raw page content is never transmitted.
